Minimum order is $45.
If you order a total of $100 or more for the week, you can receive a second delivery for free (providing 2 delivery days are available in your area). Simply place two separate orders, and on the second order, select the free second delivery option in the "shipping method" dropdown box. You can divide your order however you choose to, ie, $65 the first day and only $35 the second day. The $45 minimum does not apply.
CUSTOM OPTIONS are entered in the order comments box on the checkout page.
