SPICE RUBBED SCOTTISH SALMON w/broccoli florets plus brown and red rice blend

Fresh Scottish Salmon filets rubbed with a truly fantastic blend of spices including Old Bay Seasoning, Cumin, Turmeric and Curry and then we add some espresso powder and brown sugar...WOW. It's both a little sweet and deliciously savory. The Salmon then quickly cooks on a grill pan/outdoor grill or broiled. This will also work well if you have a cedar plank and want to add a bit of smokiness. You meal is completed with fresh broccoli florets plus a brown & red rice blend. Quick, healthy and flavorful too! Enjoy!

A buttery Artessa Chardonnay would be the perfect compliment to this meal!
If you have a Cedar Plank, this would be an excellent salmon to use it on.
Salmon: salmon fillet, spice blend mix (brown sugar, Old Bay seasoning, turmeric, curry powder, cumin, garlic powder, kosher salt, black pepper)
Rice: brown & red rice, water, butter, salt
Salmon is grilled, broiled or sauteed in skillet
Broccoli and Brown & Red Rice are microwaved
