Don't do Chinese takeout when you can make this wonderful Sesame Chicken and Sugar Snap Pea Stir Fry in a matter of minutes on your own stove top. Sesame Chicken is typically coated in breading & fried before being tossed with the sauce, but we've lightened this dish up by eliminating the breading and using chicken breast instead of thigh meat. The delicious and complex blend of ingredients in the sauce is one that you won't soon forget. Don't have a wok, no worries as this dish can easily be cooked in a regular skillet. Your meal is completed with Jasmine Rice. Delicious, healthy plus quick and easy too. Enjoy!

Boneless skinless chicken breast meat, sugar snap peas, marinade (soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar)
Sauce: sherry, soy sauce, hoisen sauce, oyster sauce, light brown sugar, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, Sambal chili paste, Thai chili sauce, cornstarch, toasted sesame seeds
Jasmine Rice: jasmine rice, water, butter, salt
Meal will take approximately 20-25 minutes, start to finish (includes 15 minutes for marinating the chicken).
Prepared on the stove top.
Rice heated in microwave.
