A cool crisp Savingnon Blanc.
Salmon: Salmon, peanut oil, garlic, ginger, thai red curry paste, curry powder, coconut milk, tomato puree, soy sauce, light brown sugar, herbs and spices
Cabbage Salad: green cabbage, cucumber, cilantro, mint, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar
Rice: basmati rice, water, unsalted butter
Rice and Thai Red Curry Sauce will be microwaved.
Salmon can be either grilled or broiled for 10-12 minutes.
Asian Cabbage Salad is served from a refrigerated state.
