Fresh Scottish Salmon is quickly broiled and served with a light, yet full of flavor, Lemon Dill Beurre Blanc Sauce. The Beurre Blanc sauce begins with fresh shallots and white wine, we then add in freshly squeezed lemon juice and then very slowly add in butter. Once the base is finished, we add some fresh dill and a touch of lemon zest and you have the perfect compliment to fresh salmon. Served with nutty Jasmine Rice and Fresh Broccoli Florets and you have an easy, elegant meal in a matter of minutes.
