Try a new take on the standard French Fry, and a much healthier version than the deep-fried kind. Not processed or filled with shelf-stabilizers, just potatoes, water and a touch of fresh lemon juice. Fresh russet potatoes are wedged and ready to roast to their yummy, crispy goodness . Serves 2.
