Have we got a treat for you! This Pork Tenderloin with Port Wine Fig Sauce is so quick and easy and absolutely delicious. The port wine, figs and spices are reduced down to concentrate the flavors into a beautiful flavor packed sauce that is the perfect compliment to the pork tenderloin. Cook it on the grill or sear it on the stove top and finish it in the oven; it's up to you. Served with our Creamy Mashed Potatoes and Haricot Verts. Enjoy! Minimum order of 2 servings.

Pork Tenderloin:pork tenderloin, extra virgin olive oil, fresh rosemary, kosher salt & black pepper
Port Wine Fig Sauce: port wine, chicken stock, dried figs, honey, fresh herbs and spices, unsalted butter
Mashed Potatoes: baking potatoes, heavy cream, unsalted butter, kosher salt, black pepper
Meal will take approximately 25-30 minutes, start to finish.
Pork Tenderloin can be prepared on either the grill or in the oven. Creamy Mashed Potatoes, Haricot Verts and Port Wine Fig Sauce are all reheated in oven
