WOW! Who knew that peaches and bourbon made such a fantastic pair? I guess true southerners do. We cook peaches and lots of flavorings to come up with this masterpiece of a sauce. A bit of bourbon goes in last and in no way does it overpower this glaze. Quickly cook under the broiler or fire up the grill. Either way, you will love this dish. Comes with broccoli florets and long grain wild rice blend.

Peach Bourbon Salmon: Salmon, peaches, peach preserves, unsalted butter, onion, garlic, ketchup, fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh zested oranges, fresh squeezed lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, light brown sugar, serrano pepper, bourbon, herbs
Long Grain Wild Rice, water, salt, butter
Meal will take approximately 10-15 minutes, start to finish. Salmon will be prepared under the broiler or on the grill. Broccoli and Rice Blend will be reheated in the microwave.
