Chicken: boneless breast of chicken, all purpose flour, eggs, panko bread crumbs, kosher salt & black pepper
Pan Sauce: unsalted butter, capers, fresh squeezed lemon juice, parsley
Red Potatoes: red potatoes, fresh thyme
Chicken: Total cooking time, approximately 10-12 minutes.
Haricot Verts reheated in microwave
Red Potatoes: Oven Roasted 25-30 minutes
