MARYLAND STYLE JUMBO LUMP CRAB CAKES

In Maryland they let the blue crab's meat speak for itself. No onions, red peppers, corn or other vegetables. Just plenty of sweet Jumbo Lump Blue Crab Meat, eggs, parsley, mayonaisse, a touch of mustard and Old Bay seasoning. We add a few other secret ingredients, but nothing that impedes the flavor of the crab. This is Maryland's pride and joy at it's finest! Two medium size crab cakes per serving. Comes with lemon wedges & fresh cocktail sauce.

For the adults....a nice Savignon Blanc or crisp Pinot-Grigio or maybe just an ice-cold beer!
If you would like to make a sandwich, a traditional Maryland Crab Cake is served with either saltine crackers or on a soft roll with lettuce, tomato and either cocktail or tartar sauce.
Jumbo Lump Blue Crab Meat, egg, mayonnaise, yellow mustard, worcesteshire sauce, butter, Old Bay Seasoning, saltine crackers, spices and herbs
Cocktail Sauce: ketchup, chili sauce, horseradish, lemon
Broil 8-10 minutes on high (depending on type of broiler) Turn down to low if browning too quickly
