Beef: Filet Mignon
Port Shallot Sauce: Beef stock, chicken stock, port wine, shallots, balsamic vinegar, unsalted butter
Carrots: whole baby carrots, honey, unsalted butter, water, granulated sugar, kosher salt
Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes: potatoes, oven roasted garlic (fresh garlic, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper), unsalted butter, heavy cream, salt, pepper
Filet Mignon can either be sauteed and finished in the oven or cooked on the grill.
Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Whole Baby Carrots are reheated in microwave.
