Chicken Breast served Roman Style, sounds completely wonderful...doesn't it? The sauce is made with diced tomatoes, chicken stock, white wine, proscuitto, bell peppers, capers and fresh herbs and spices. You simply sear the chicken breast and simmer it in the sauce for a wonderfully well balanced meal. Served with Orecchiette Pasta to capture all those wonderful juices.
