This whole grain is incredibly healthy for you and very high in protein second only to oats and higher in protein then Quinoa.Here we pair this beautiful grain with fresh roasted chicken breast and vegetables to make a luscious and comforting soup that will leave you wishing you had ordered more. Serve with a crusty loaf of Italian Bread or French Baquette

Reheat approximately 10 minutes on stovetop, 1-2 minutes microwave.
