Every cuisine has it's own version of stuffed potatoes. Polish and German Cuisine have Pierogies, while the Italians use the potatoes to make their Gnocchi Dough. We Americans decided that just baking a potato was not enough so we experiment with all kids of fillings and combinations and use the potato as our canvas. In this version, freshly baked potatoes are mixed with freshly grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Sour Cream and unsalted butter, for a truly wonderful side to any dish. All the work is done, all you need to do is bake the potatoes for their second time.Two per order.
